Return Policy
We accept returns on products only ordered on www.kowikowi.com
If you encounter a problem upon receipt of your order (damage during transport, another model of the collection different from the one mentioned in the order …) here are the steps to follow for the return of your order:
⚠️ Products must NOT have been removed from their packaging, nor worn. The returned item must be intact and in its original packaging.

▶︎ Send the e-mail within 30 days from the day of the order
▶︎ Our quality department will analyze your e-mail:
‣ If your e-mail meets the conditions of our return policy, we will immediately send you a new package via the Belgian Post BPost.
‣ If your e-mail does not comply with our return policy, you will be informed and no refund will be made
If you want to return a product without quality concerns, here are the steps to follow for returning your order:

The Returns Department will review your email
▶︎ After validation by our service, you can now send your order back to the address:
33, rue Ernest Gossart, 1180 Uccle, Belgium (Shipping costs at your charge), in a well closed and solid packaging.
▶︎ Kowi Kowi will proceed to the reimbursement of your order as soon as we receive it. The amount will be equal to the amount spent.
